Thyroid makes things so hard. admittedly, I haven't been exercising, although I have been working pretty hard around the house. I am tempted to count shovelling snow and cleaning out closets as exercise, but I won't. I got bummed out this week and lost a bit of resolve, but am trying to get back at it.
