I don't think I'm losing yet but I think it'll start working! It is a real surprise how much I want to snack after 7pm! Shocking! even though I track things I don't always get the evening snack of something small here and there. I think this is going to give my body a chance to use what its got before morning. Now I only usually get to get my meals between 8am and 7pm.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
