Must be more discipline in my efforts to lose weight.
Need to do several things: portion control, minimize sweets, sugar drinks, and bread.
Don't eat after 7:00 pm.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
