My colonoscopy is tomorrow, and I have been preparing for it for the last few days. Low calories and low fiber diet. In general, I am experimenting with my weight loss and looking for strategies and lifestyle changes that work for me. A modified ketogenic (low net carbs and low fat) diet, portion control, and daily exercise are the best options so far. FatSecret is a great app. It has become a daily routine for me to weigh myself in the morning, plan my menu for the day, measure everything I eat (almost), and stop eating after 7-8 pm. I don't eat fast food and I don't drink artificial drinks.
