1024 kcal Fat: 26.80g | Prot: 103.66g | Carb: 95.34g.   Breakfast: Giant fat free milk, Oatmeal. Lunch: chicken of the sea albacore tuna, hellman's low fat mayo, Joseph's Lavash bread. Dinner: ken's light honey mustard , imitation crab, grilled chicken, salad greens. Snacks/Other: jello sugar free mousse temptations, Frigo light string cheese, Mini Babybel Light Original, pineapple tidbits, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), super advanced strawberry. more...
