Things to do better: 1) try to eliminate Splenda 2) more vegies, less cheese 3) WATER, WATER, WATER!!! And keep going!
177.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think that is one of my down falls is splenda, now that I'm logging my food I really see how much of it I consume :(
