I have been losing about 0.5 lb every 2 days steadily for a week now, which is more than I could have hoped for. I haven't been doing a specific diet, just not eating out of compulsion, and stopping before I am too full. I have been doing really great passing up junk food and treats the last couple of days (there are a lot of temptations around as I'm sure you all know!), so I have been able to stay within my calorie goals. I've also gotten in my exercise. I think seeing these results is motivating me to stay on track.
Today is going to be a cheat day, as I have a Father's Day brunch and then going to an amusement park. But I'm going to do all I can not to go too overboard and keep it under 2000 cal.
