Despite stress and exhaustion from work - I still, without thought, hopped on that bike and put in control what I wanted to control - my mindset and my calorie deficit.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
