Only tiny changes to weight lose and that’s what I want slow decline. Weight training 5-6 days a week cardio almost daily , though only light. Eg.. walk , circuit , hill climbs
138.5 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
