Well, not so bad even with the 1 pound scale difference. Today is day 1 of Phase 2, time for berries.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

remember to add one item per day per week...i loved the process of trying different foods at different times to see what worked and did not cause cravings at different times...for me it was no carbs good or bad before 1ish and no fruit before 3ish...just play with it and good luck
