I am going crazy with my weight gain
I’m 65 kgs again !!!

143.3 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb. Still to go: 22.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.9 lb a week

Check your carbohydrates make it less than 100 everyday you will never gain
