I wish I had your problem hun 💚 why don’t you see a dietitian? Or even a fitness couch/trainer. A fitness trainer can get you putting on muscle rather than fat.

True true, you can follow a YouTube trainer online that will give advice on how to gain muscle and what you should eat. You can do this💪🏼

https://youtu.be/enEBC6euqd4 This is a link for skinny men, how to bulk up from being skinny to bulk. I’m sure there will be healthy tips even for a woman. Men usually have this problem more than woman. It’s hard to find good tips from a woman trainer/coach when it comes to bulking.
