Whew I lost a little over 2 pounds this week I hope I am feeding my body enough. With snacking on veggies and my protein smoothies I end up with a low calorie intake but I do not feel like I am starving..... I guess I could eat more frequently to up my calories some more, we will see how next week goes.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
