The supplements and reduced workoad on my weight routine seem to be paying off. I feel great and am shedding some fat, down 2% over the past two weeks. Even my BP and blood glucose seem to be doing very well. nothing like good news to motivate me even more.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
