Another 2 pounds down, total of 20 pounds lost! I'm pretty excited about that. I've been consistently weighing myself while wearing shorts, tee shirt, and my sandals that I wear all the time inside. So, I may be a bit lighter than that without the shoes and all, but I'm putting 150 to be consistent.

My husband has been following his own diet and working out and has gained a lot of muscle and lost some weight over that past couple of months. But, he said yesterday he wants to try phase 1 of SBD for two weeks to try to lose a bit off his belly. So, I am joining him in that --makes it easier to do if we're both dieting together. I'll be back to phase 2 in a couple of weeks. Wonder if the switch to phase 1 will make my weight loss faster? We'll see! I'm very happy with my progress regardless.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you're doing great! What a milestone, the 20 pounds. And I bet that returning to Phase 1 will jumpstart things all over again. Enjoy leading your husband through it, too. It's wonderful to have someone by your side to support you (especially when it goes both ways).
