So no weight gain or loss this weekend. Thank you Lord for the no weight gain!!! Weekends are always hard for me because we are never home. Are weekends harder for all of you? Yesterday was a horrible day. Lots of stress with having a ton of people around for my daughters dedication day. We had a party afterwards too. I wasnt hungry in the morning so I didnt eat. I had screaming crying kids all day and so I had a truffle blizzard, do I regret this, no. Honestly I do not. I loved every minute of that blizzard! It was awesome! I have to realize eating that crap every once in a while will not make me gain 79lbs. I am going to workout a lot this week and I gt to go to my exercise class again tomorrow which I am super excited about.

Goals this week are 2lb weight loss!
No food after 7:30pm

Here is a picture of me and my family at my 3rd childs dedication and then me and my family yesterday at my 4th childs dedication, I can not believe the difference.

Also, my husband lost about 30lbs since then too.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my!!! You and your whole family are just BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thanks for sharing these pictures. I must say ... your family was beautiful even 79 lbs ago but I do so appreciate how much better you feel!! What wonderful progress you have made!! I'm bursting with pride for you!! You are so much smarter than me ... I wish I had figured out at your age what you have figured out!! Yes ... weekends are harder for me too. It's the change in routine, the added stress even if it is fun stress, having to use my brain to make choices about what to eat instead of just knowing exactly what is in my kitchen and what the calorie count of the items in my kitchen. Good for you for not regretting your Blizzard!!! You are so right!! Eating "crap" every now and again WILL NOT cause you to gain back those pounds. Eating "crap" OFTEN will. You know the difference and MUST stay conscious about the difference. That I believe is the KEY to maintenance. Staying CONSCIOUS. Kudos to you once again. You look absolutely FANTASTIC. So healthy. You'll do well this week, back on track!!

WOW! That's an amazing transformation! You look awesome! It's nice to see that a mother of 4 can accomplish such a difficult task! Congrats to you on losing 79lbs! WOOHOO! :~)
