So....from today on (Feb 20nd) I will start to eat more healthy, start running more often and preparing myself for a half marathon (April 13th). I want to lose 5kg and also gain some muscles. I hope that I will make it this year! I will share stuff on Youtube, so it would be really great if you guys go check it out (and subscribe?) ;)

132.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
