Isn't it wonderful that we can go off diet, go back and the gained weight falls back off? Good work.

Thanks, CR... yes, it is amazing! But even more amazing to me is I had almost 2300 cals y'day, and I still lost over 3 lbs. I started this ketogenic diet, and wow... I can't believe it already. Anyway, I figured I'd keep doing it for a few days and see how it progresses before I journal about it. But so far so good. Up till now, even raising my daily cals to just 1500-ish created a permanent stall that never stopped. It was very discouraging. THANKS AGAIN!
