I'm trying a new diet suppliment including calorie counting. I just started Monday, February 21st. I started at 198 and today (Saturday) I am down 6 pounds! OMG! I'm thrilled!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
