I am buying healthy food and not eating fast food as much. Still having problems with the late night munchies. I'm also still only eating 2, maybe 3 meals a day.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week

I had that problem, but I added a couple of protein snacks during the day / that way I wasn't so hungry at night
