Training hard , eating what my body needs to properly function.
1,900 calories.
6 days of cardio (light to moderate intensity)
5-6 days of weight training moderate rate for a good hour.
Nothing short of 20 sets
138.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
