Weighed myself today after lunch & its amasing.
It all about the calories.
Ok!
I just started taking some drugs supplements today: Multivitamines & Aminoacids, Vitamine C & Evening Primrose Oil to supplement for the deficit.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
