This will be good for me since I am trying to include intermittent fasting into my life. I want to lose 3 pounds of fat only to achieve my goal body fat percentage of 19%, good luck to all! I eat a low carb/ketogenic diet and would love input from you.

I am still trying to figure our my daily caloric needs. The calculators say to eat way more than I am comfortable with. I know I need a calorie deficet to lose fat, but I DON'T want to lose muscle. I have heard the IF will help. Any thoughts?
