A little fallout from a very high carb dinner at Panera's with Mom.
186.7 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

So sorry ride! My 95 year old mother lives independently and alone without assistance (so far), drives, shops, cooks...harasses people, starts trouble... That's all after recovering from a broken femur (thigh bone) a few years ago. A tough cookie. Wish I had her genes!

Tim, I wanted to make a good choice but couldn't get around the carbs. Mom enjoyed what she had for once. Yay! At least Panera uses healthier ingredients. They say.

How are you steadly going down all the time?

Except for 1 day a week (this week 2) I cut out all grains, sugar, carbs for the most part. All since March.

I often fast from about 7 p.m. at night until about 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. the next day. And then I eat a light salad. I eat a lot of mesclun mix. I also increased my intake of healthy fats including avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, walnuts, almonds. When I do bake, I use coconut flour or almond flour. My diet is not quite keto, but it probably slips into it sometimes.
