I thought I RUINED myself yesterday (cookie, ice cream and cake)... but I got on the scale to see the damage didn't take place and I lost my 4 pounds of water weight, lol. My only explanation is everything was burnt off as soon as it entered my stomach because by the end of the night and I was still so hungry and ate like a bag of carrots. It was a really bad day and I thought I was doomed but.. heck if I know, lol. I was hiking/cleaning up a creek for 4 hours yesterday and by the end of it I was starving. Maybe that's what did it?
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
