Wow its been so long since I'm not weight in, yeah Im really glad I'm in 70>kg. This is break my weight when I was in middle school, I was in 79 kg but now I'm 76 wooohooooooooo....

Trying to be focus on the gym, plan work out, and eating healthy. I know the process its really disgusting but If u keep on going, I belive u can reach your damn GOAL!

KEEP SPIRIT FOR EVERYONE!!!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
