It seems that my weightloss is back on track. Been walking 45 minutes the past 4 days, and that has also made a huge difference. Want to walk at least 6 days a week.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
