Lori - first you need to set a smaller, more realistic goal. Get down to 170 first, then 150, then 130. I do not know how tall you are or how old you are, but you do not eat an elephant all at once -start taking smaller bites with weekly goals - remember WW is to help you lose 2-3 pounds per week. Start with trying to lose 6-8 pounds this month. Also, don't beat yourself up by calling yourself a forever dieter. Just be glad you are trying, and really commit this time. With every point heavy item, ask yourself if the few seconds on your lips are worth being heavy for your trip. Remember, you have a choice in what you eat. Good Luck!
