Wow, I feel incredible today! I got the day off, so I started out by going out jogging/walking. I felt so energized; I went for 3.7 miles! I sat in the sauna for another 20 minutes, and I felt great. I just took a cool shower, and am going for a pedicure to keep myself motivated. My weight had been a rollercoaster and has been so difficult to maintain, let alone lose. I am trying my best and praying I can reach that goal for this summer. I am excited to start my new chanllenge Monday, "The Biggest Loser, Slim by June." I hope make many new friends on that journey. 165.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
