1st weigh-in, and 1st reading, sine I found out this morning that my scale has been gas-lighting me. So now, no matter what, it’s to be 1st weight of the day and walk away. Good enough. Even if not 100% accurate, it will show a trend.

That's discouraging. A scale that is not consistent is a fickle friend. Or maybe not even a friend at all. :-(

Agreed with Courageouscrocus here. I think you need to get a non-shifty scale.

I've been thinking about putting a tape outline on my scale to stand in so my measurements are the same haha.
