i havent found a breakfast dish that works wiht my diet yet or i havent went through the list well enough to find one.
yesterday i had half of a egg and cheese cresaunt. Then i had left over roasted veggie dish. didnt snack at night. this morning i didnt have anything. I am cooking the turkey delight dish now. lost one pound so far.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Ramon, you cannot skip your meals. You definitely need to have your 5 meals a day, this includes: Breakfast - Morning Tea - Lunch - Afternoon Tea - Dinner/Tea and at least 6 glasses of liquid a day. I find by having cereal or Porridge for breakfast is great as it is Low GI which means I can last till my morning tea at around 10.30am which usually consists of one of my favourite biscuits and a cup of tea/coffee (I love a bicky with my tea or coffee). All of this is included in my calorie counting diary so I pre-plan my meals so I am able to see what type of snacks I can indulge in during the day. Keep your main meals as Low GI as possible so this stops the hungry's from kicking in....

thank u and i know ur right about haviing the 5 meals. I have never been a daily morining eater but bought steel oats today to start eating for breakfast and fruit as my snacks. (forgot the rice cakes) so this will get me going. didnt loose anything today but didnt gain either so i guess thats good. thanks for the feed back
