I'm so happy!!!!!! 500g drop is bigger than expected and I feel less bad about the weight I gained back these last few months
168.9 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1600 kcal Fat: 53.24g | Prot: 121.15g | Carb: 163.56g.   Breakfast: Cheddar Cheese , White Bread , Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat) , Boiled Potato (without Peel, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Chocolate Wafers, Baked or Grilled Cod, Nescafe Cappuccino Unsweetened. Dinner: Maynards Fruit Jelly Beans, Olives, Broccoli , Onions , Green Peppers , Chickpeas, Woolworths Crumbed Hake Fillets. Snacks/Other: Enrista White Hot Chocolat, Biltong. more...
