Omron - 9.5%
Skin Caliper Readings:
Chest - 4mm
Abs - 9mm
Quadricep - 4mm
Total Skinfold - 17mm

Estimated Reading - 5.3% (last month 6.2%)
Jackson Pollack Reading - 4.9%

Definitely after applying the block diet a month ago I have seen some sort of improvement. The readings may not be completely accurate but I did do it about a month from the last reading and my same trainer colleague hit the same points. Justifies that the adjustments in nutrient proportion to 40/30/30 is working!

=)
119.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I've never used the calipers, but I noticed a big difference between my bodyfat scale and the neck/waist meas. calculations. I can see that your scale gives you a bigger number too... So it's not only me lol! impressive results by the way!

@Dys - Yea, I am totally geeked at the fact that I saw an improvement! I am so torn - which will probably be up for discussion at a later date but I am contemplating if weight gain is really what I want after knowing that a month with this block diet has given me these type of aesthetic gains which I have never had before. So, am I willing to give that up for my initial perception and wants for getting "bigger"? Or should I just be content with knowing that I am in a very fit place and maintain what I have? @jessy - Yea BIA (Omron) is definitely not as accurate. Skin fold is the most accurate way besides an actual DEXA/DXA scan, but even then there is standard estimated errors of 3-4% depending on the tester's competence. I was actually tempted to ask another trainer to do the same measurements and see if there is much variation between the two. SIdenote: I really need to invest in one of these spring loaded skin calipers....

I was just looking at skin calipers online as well. But operator error of 3-4%? hmmm. . .is there a class? J/K. Sounds like maintenance is what seems appropriate given your current condition. Well done! That makes me very happy to hear I'm doing something similar.
