1406 kcal Fat: 20.71g | Prot: 75.30g | Carb: 270.21g.   Breakfast: fiber one honey clusters, blueberries, banana, Fiber One General Mills Cereals Ready-to-Eat, skim milk. Lunch: fat free cheese slices, strawberries, sugar free pudding, egg white, peppers, peppers, onion, weight watchers' whole wheat pita bread. Dinner: Chicken, Frozen Mashed Potatoes, asparagus. Snacks/Other: strawberries, weight watcher fudge bar, strawberries, weight watchers yogurt, blueberries. more...
