Well I have well with the walking challenge this week. I managed to get in 1.5 miles on Tues, 2.5 miles on Wed, 2.25 miles on Thurs, 4 miles in on Friday (still in pain from that), and 2 miles in on Sat. Gave my self a rest on Sunday mostly because my feet and calves were crying from all the standing and running around I did at work on Fri/Sat. Valentine's day was a crazy day at work, (I work at a hotel/restaurant so you can imagine). Now I need to get back on track with the dieting. Still haven't bought a new blender after my disaster a few weeks ago so haven't been eating what I should, only walking and working out when I can. I am not too sure I like this challenge that I have started. It says that I have "failed" because I did not loose any weight but the challenge wasn't to loose weight it was to walk 10 miles for the week which I did. I think something should be changed on there, its kind of a negative message and not very reassuring. Just saying.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
