Lost 1 pound. Better than nothing I suppose. Must keep off the red wine this week and stop eating the cream buns that John's Mum insists on bringing.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
