My lats hurt soooo much from lifting weights and doing my pilates. I really did very light work, so this tells me I'm super out of shape. Oh well! Nothing to do but work harder. Been doing 2 miles on elliptical in 30 minutes. I think I'll go back to the cardio routine I was going for before on ellipticals- starting at an hour and seeing how many times I can get my heart rate up to the maximum, and then cooling back down. I'm so determined to get as low as I can this time. I'm sick of this ability I have to pinch way more than an inch on my belly, and my thighs are soooo cartoonish right now. I'm sure if I lost a couple cup sizes it would help my back, and even if not, carrying this extra upper body weight is likely not helping, so it's worth finding out. This means, as opposed to last time when I did all over weights, I'm really going to take it very easy on weights and focus on cardio. Skinny is the name of the game. Then, when I get where I want to be, I'll work on muscle. Deal? Deal.
