Weight Up, after some incredible stupid decisions regarding some ice-cream! Tried to substitute a decent meal with Ice-Cream as a sort of treat, which then led to me feeling so hungry and cramming random food down my throat! NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN!!
Sticking to my meal plan 100% from now on!
The worst part was I wasn't even craving Ice-Cream! I don't crave anything like that any more...I mean I miss stuff, well just 2 things actually. Pizza and Cheesecake, but I don't want to eat them.
This is the worst feeling ever! However now putting it behind me and working extra hard today!
