I still cannot believe how sensitive my body is to calorie intake! Yesterday was a low calorie day, mainly because I had both work and then personal training last night. 2305 to 1895, a 410 cal difference and the following day I'm down to 119.4 lbs?! I did not even work out yesterday?! There was no expended calories from normal. Whatever the case may be, I am that sensitive to calorie intake.

This morning was leg day. Nothing like a 5:15am workout to start your day, legs nonetheless. At first, I felt like it was going to be a fruitless tiring workout where I feel like I did not accomplish anything but by the end of it - I FELT RIDONKULOUS. It was a great workout, mixed it up today - front squats, romanian DL, barbell overhead lunges, 1-leg good mornings, leg press, goblet squats, and bench jumps on 1-leg. With some abs to boot.

Yes. Leg Day. =)
119.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
