I overdid a few UpDays over the last two weekends. I did a full fast yesterday to make up for Tuesday's Mexican food. This diet is the easiest thing ever! I dropped all the excess and THEN SOME!
233.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not familiar with JUDDDD. Is it basically alternate day fasting, or more of a high-low switcheroo?
