Another hard day to get up. Kid woke up at 2:30 am and couldn't fall asleep until an hour later, but she was sweet wanting to sleep in our bed and hold my hand. When the alarm went off at 5:15 am, I really wanted to stay, and almost did, but 15 minutes later I got up without thinking about it or debating in my head and did a heavily modified 22 Minute Hard Corps Cardio 3 as this new routine is hard on the knees. I showed up and stuck to the routine, even if my workout wasn't that great.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
