two snow days I snacked on fruit and yogurt more than the allotted twice a day. And two days I drank diet soda most of the day.But I didn't eat fast food or junk food, and got right back on schedule once I was able to get to work and the gym.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
