I have had all of my kids sick off and on for the last few weeks. This last week my daughter had the flu and now has pneumonia. I didn't pay much attention to my personal goal and needs for while taking care of her. I will do better this week. Now that my tax return money is just about gone, I won't have the money for take out. That alone should help. I am also going to up my work outs a bit. I am planning to do a short workout when I get up in the mornings. We'll see how that works. I'm usually not very up until I get a shower, and there is no way I am going to workout after my shower. That would defeat one of the main purposes of the shower. I'll do better. My goal this week is to lose 3 pounds. That is going to take a great deal of commitment on my part.
