New low!! Interesting day considering I did run (C210K Week 5 Day 3) but had three pieces of pepperoni pizza and bunch of M&Ms for dinner. If I lost a pound every day like yesterday - that would be awesome, but I know better.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
