I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, even after getting nearly 8 hours of sleep the last two nights. But I remembered what Arnold Schwarzenegger said about workouts, "The key thing about a routine, is that you don't ask yourself should I, shouldn't I, you just do it. We don't ask ourselves 'should I inhale now? Should I exhale now?' 204.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The Arnold also said it's ok to cheat during a workout. I keep that in mind when I'm struggling. Cheating a little is better than skipping, right?

Yes. Tony Horton (P90X fame) in his book said he doesn't always look forward to workouts, and sometimes doesn't want to do them, but sometimes showing up is all that counts, even if you can't give 100%.
