I purposefully forced myself to not count calories, not weigh myself, and to indulge this weekend. Not only was it for the holiday, but it was also to reset my willpower and metabolism.

Do I like this number? Not really. Is it endurable so that I could eat pizza and donuts this past weekend? Yes. I know I can bring it back down; I just needed a break. It’s also good training for when I hit my ideal weight- it’s not like I’ll never eat a donut again, so I need to work on balance.

154.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
