last weeks water weight increase was reflected in this weeks loss , so about 2 kgs lost. Increased exercise last week due to under desk bike, all those meetings are now working for me!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 70.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
