Started oxy elite pro monday. Weighed 197 monday morning. 192 wednesday morning. Have lost 16 pds to date. Goal is lose 4 more pounds by end of february to make it an even 20 pds. 10 pds a month is overall goal.To be 150 by July 1st.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
