Having issues with my cortisol and insulin levels. Until I get these under control, I will have trouble losing weight. Muscle tone getting good and I am working hard in the gym.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
