One day I will get a decent loss, but for now this will have to do
167.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great loss. any loss is fantastic 👏.. also, sorry to jump on your post but when I put in my weight each week will the app automatically adjust the calories I need if I had a loss or gain.

I've lost a pound a week for nearly a year now. A pound a week is fine, and much more likely to stay off. You're doing great, way to go!!
